I’ve been playing drums for over 25 years. I’ve played in several bands, holding down rhythms for everything from progressive rock to punk, jam bands to jazz.

Drums I Play
I’ve played a 5-piece Yamaha Stage Custom kit with a smattering of cymbals and stick types, depending on the vibe. I love rhythm-making of all sorts, and have also dabbled in hand drums (djembe, bongos, conga, cajon), beat-boxing, and electronic beats.

Drums are a passion of mine, and one of the few material items that have come with me across more than a dozen places I’ve lived through the years. It all started with soup cans and a wire fan, and I’ll keep bangin’ the skins as long as I can.
